Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must contact us at support@nanolamination.com before sending anything back.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the outer shipping box

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.


We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Orders reported as damaged after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased through unauthorized sellers or resellers

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nano Lamination is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

How to Return a Product

To request a return, please email us at support@nanolamination.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Please do not send any items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
